Falstaff: Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening, inviting dark berry confit, fine heart cherry, delicate orange zest. Juicy, very elegant and balanced, sweet extract, freshly structured, well-integrated tannins, dark berry fruit and some nougat on the finish, lingers well, very promising. 93/100 (2013)

James Suckling: Aromas of blueberries, with a toasted oak and meat character. Full-bodied, with soft and velvety tannins and a berry, toasted oak finish. Rich, yet subtle. Needs at least three or four years to come together. 93/100 (2012)

Wine Enthusiast: Deliciously perfumed wine, full of the ripest fruit along with smoky tannins. It revels in the bright fruit flavors that add to the pleasure. This is a wine that will develop relatively quickly, although it will age as well. 93/100 (2012)
