Parker: From the last late harvest so far (that took place in October), the 2016 Riesling GG Kallstadter Saumagen is concentrated on the dense and aromatic but rather classic nose that delivers a hint of caramel and buttercup and lots of flowers, herbs, crushed stones and precision. Lush and finessed on the palate, this is a linear, pure, fresh and concentrated, very elegant and persistent Riesling with lots of tension, lemon juiciness and purity on the intense and powerful yet tight and linear finish. Very promising, Tasted in March 2020. 94/100
