Wine Spectator: Loads of character in this one. You can almost smell the soil. Very powerful and impressive, with masses of tannins and medium sweetness. It shows opulent aromas and flavors of wet earth, green tea and berry. 91/100 (1994)
Jancis Robinson: Heady and, funnily enough – porty(!) with great acidity and finesse. One of those claret-like vintages! Lovely! 18/20 (2008)
