Beschreibung
Jeff Leve: With a hint of gold in the color, the wine offers butterscotch, honeysuckle, lemon, lime and buttery notes in the perfume. The sweet citrus finish delivers, softly textured, yellow fruits, apple, honey and vanilla notes. Fully mature, it is not often I get to taste 22 year old bottles of Pavillon Blanc. 92/100 (2018)
Robert Parker: A wine that should not be missed when it comes on the market is the 1996 Pavillon Blanc. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it is a concentrated, crisp wine with natural alcohol of nearly 14%. One of the most intense Pavillon Blancs I have ever tasted, it should provide glorious drinking during its first decade of life, although it will last much longer. 90/100 (1998)
