PArker: This should turn out to be the finest Forts-de-Latour since the glorious 1982. Once past the bouquet of black fruits, cedar, and oak, it is round, generously endowed, surprisingly supple (even for the second wine of Latour), low in acidity, with a long, fleshy, heady finish. It will no doubt be released early by the chateau, given its precocious style. 87/100
