Jancis Robinson: Lovely nose. Deep and subtle. Sweet, juicy and slightly medicinal on the palate. Real race and life. Real lift-off, though no bargain. 18/20
Tom Cannavan: There's a more vibrant spectrum of fruit here, with raspberry and mineral notes dominating over a core of plummy, deeper fruit. Fine, sweet and rich on the palate, with an enveloping sense of creamy richness. This is pure and long, with personality and balance to spare. 91/100
