Galloni: Inky-purple. Aromas of blackberry, violet, licorice and smoky minerals. Fat, sweet and lush, with a slightly medicinal quality to its weighty dark berry and fruitcake flavors. Finishes with a very fine dusting of tannins and a major blast of minerals. Distinctly rich but there's ample energy to maintain shape and focus. 91/100
