Falstaff: Mittleres Rubingranat, breiterer Ockerrand. In der Nase feine Nuancen von Cassis, dunkle Beeren, zarte Orangenzesten, sehr einladendes, facettenreiches Bukett. Am Gaumen stoffig, süß und elegant, feine, perfekt integrierte Tannine, bleibt sehr gut haften, Nougat im Abgang, zart nach Preiselbeeren, wirkt insgesamt sehr jugendlich, gutes Reifepotenzial, jetzt perfekt zu trinken, ein klassischer Claret aus Pauillac, zeigt tolle Länge und hat Zukunft. 93/100 (2010)

Jeff Leve: This ready to go Pauillac starts off with in all the right ways, with its cedar chest, cassis, tobacco and forest floor profile. Smooth, soft, medium/full bodied, with a blast of cassis and tobacco and cassis in the finish. There is no reason to wait for more aging, this is clearly ready, willing and able to deliver. 91/100 (2015)
