Gloria 1990 (2 Fl.)

Parker: Deep garnet/mahogany colour. A very attractive nose full of secondary aromas of Asian spice and a touch of soy sauce. Good definition though. Medium-bodied on the palate but very cohesive with noticeably high acidity of the 1990. A "cool" wine, none of those hot summer fruits that typifies the vintage. Not complex but an attractive freshness and vivacity. A little astringency on the finish, but still this is certainly one of the best Gloria's I have tasted. 88-90/100
