Still rather stern and austere, the wine requires quite a bit of aeration before it reveals an utterly magical array of ripe, exotic fruit. This is a extroverted, opulent wine very much in the style of the vintage, yet it also shows no signs whatsoever of fading and will repay cellaring handsomely.
